Chang Noi Villa, Koh Chang
From 1 October 2008 onwards one of the
first luxury villas to be completed at the new Siam Royal View development
will be available for rent on a daily basis. The villa offers accommodation
for up to 8 people and is approximately 30 metres from the beach.
The 4 bedrooms in the villa are all
ensuite, airconditioned with LCD TV + cable TV channels, minibar and all
have their own private entrances. This makes the house ideal for
groups to rent. However, the rooms can also be rented out individually to
singles or couples wanting to stay in comfortable accommodation well away
from fellow tourists.
Siam Royal View is still under
construction but guests can enjoy the use of a swimming pool, onsite
restaurant and will have over 1km of private beach to relax on. The
development is located 5 minutes drive from the ferry pier and under 5
minutes by scooter to Klong Son village, where you'll find local shops,
cheap restaurants and a7-eleven minimart. White Sand beach is
approximately 10 minutes ride by scooter to the south.
