So, no real views from the plot which lies around 100 metres off the main road. ( Accessible by a public road passing the plot.) However, if you head 200 metres along the canal you'll have stunning views of the bay and islands to the south of Koh Chang.  Really beautiful.  There are plans for a public area nearby, at the mouth of the canal, this would bring tourists to the area.  So it's possibly not a location if you're looking for long-term peace and quiet, but a good one for a water related business.
