land on the cliff in southern White Sand Beach. White Sand Beach is the busiest
and most popular area of the island and this is the first small plot of land
that I've seen available for sale for a reasonable price. The Thai owner now
lives in the UK and so has no need for the land on which she has built
a small wood house and two concrete bungalows. Water & electricity are
connected. The area nearby is built up now but there are no loud bars
etc in the vicinity, making the plot a good choice for anyone wanting land
for a large house. Access is by a 100 metre long public track which leads to
the main road.

One rai of Chanote titled land in this
area would cost from 10 million baht upwards, land a few hundred metres away

suggested around 300,000 baht/year for the first 3 year period,
