If you want to be near the beach and also like your privacy then this is the best you'll find on the western side of Koh Chang.  It's easy to put kayaks or a small boat into the water here and a new pier has been built in Bangbao to provide more moorings for speedboats and large pleasure boats.  Neighbours include the luxury Nirvana Resort.  Bangbao pier is under 800 metres away.

The current owners have just ( Feb 08 ) built two new beachfront bungalows and have also cleared and landscaped the land.  One bungalow has an ensuite bedroom and kitchen area with open living area.  The other has two ensuite bedrooms and huge deck area.  Plans for a swimming pool have also been approved - although that has not yet been built.

It would be possible to build addition bungalows on the hillside - these would all have uninterrupted sea views
