5 Plots of east coast beachfront land, ideal for housing.  Located in Dan Mai with access to the land via public road, these plots are 10 minutes drive south of the ferry piers on the east coast of Koh Chang.  The access track runs from the main road past a couple of locals houses and ends at the land that is for sale. All plots have private access at the rear of each plot. 

The 2 Rai plots each have approximately 35m of frontage onto the sea and are approx. 95m deep. The 4 Rai plot has an NS3K title which is soon to be updated to Chanote.

The beach is a mix of rough, firm red sand and small stones.  It's easy to walk on, the sea is very shallow.
