This house was built in late 2007 /
early 2008. It's located approx 10 minutes walk from Kai Bae village
in a quiet, inland valley. There are a few other Thai and expat
neighbours in the area. The area is mainly rubber plantation and fruit
trees.
The single floor house has over 100sqm
of living space comprising 2 bedrooms, a large living / dining area,
spacious Thai style kitchen, bathroom and large covered verandah at the
front of the house.
The only furniture included are a
couple of queen size beds, a refrigerator and gas hob. Note
the house doesn't have air-conditioning, only a couple of wall mounted fans.
Electricity is connected and metered, the tenant will receive a
monthly bill from the government electricity office. Water is piped
from a private supply in the hills, which is where neighbours also get their
water. This is charged at 500 baht/month. The cable TV line goes
past the house and this could be easily connected, if required.
The owner will also clear the land and plant some
tropical plants and shrubs in the near future in the garden at the front of
the house, at the rear it is still rubber trees.
