For Sale on Koh Mak . . . Traditional Thai style houses

Construction Photos - 2

If you haven't already done so take  a look at the previous page of Construction Photos.  Building work is now well advanced or completed on half a dozen houses.

More photos from late May 2007

On the previous construction page there were these two photos, both taken in late October.

The pool

280sqm house

The two photos below show the same pool and family villa.  The pool was completed in late December 06 and the Family Villa is 90% complete as of mid-February 2007.

Construction of a Villa underway, expected to be completed within 3 months.

Putting the roof together on a single storey house which has been built specially for one buyer.

Inside the roof of a semi-complete house.  The roof is lined with insulation and metallic film to reflect the heat and also ensure the terracotta roof remains waterproof.  This is then covered with wooden boards which make up the ceiling.

Inside the Family Villa - the large concrete Buddha face will go at the entrance to the house

A completed 'Plus' size Villa.  This is on taller supports which allows for additional storage space and even an additional bedroom / office at ground level.

Construction has just begun in the 'Jungle Land' plot

The Spa is being built in a more modern concrete style but with Thai touches such as antique teak wood doors and windows.  There will be three covered massage beds on the roof and a Jacuzzi adjacent to the spa.
