For Sale on Koh Mak . . . Traditional Thai
style houses
Construction Photos - 3
If you haven't already done so take a look
at the previous two pages of Construction Photos. The photos
below were taken in May 2007. Most construction at the
original GoodTime development is now completed. The adjacent
plots which are home to the Family Villas will be completed by the
end of the year or early 2008 depending on the weather. And
construction is well underway on several houses in the Jungle Land
area.
This buyer has had the bathroom walls stone clad
and will have a wooden bathtub fitted.

Construction of a Family Villa in the Jungle Land
plot

Same villas as above. The wooden upper floor
is built on a concrete frame for strength.

This Family Villa is on the plot of land adjacent
to Goodtime.

Free guard dog with every house.

Inside a recently completed Large Villa. In
this house the walls have been plastered and painted, rather than being
left as brickwork as in some houses.

The outdoor cooking area at a Large Villa.
Unless you're planning to live in your house permanently, you'll find
that you have no need for a large fitted kitchen. Somewhere to
stir fry, BBQ and wash the dishes is enough.

Standard toilet fittings in a villa.

If you require the house to be furnished, it will
include wall decor and cupboards similar to these. All furniture
comes from Chatuchak Bangkok, some pieces will be antique, some will be
new.

The restaurant at Goodtime is completed.
From the top floor and outdoor deck you get good views to the islands of
Koh Rayang and Koh Kood.
