For Sale on Koh Mak . . . Modern Thai style houses

Construction Photos - 4

I returned to Koh Mak at the end of the rainy season in late September 2007.  For this update I've included photos of a fully completed Family Villa and one that is currently under construction.  You'll see the quality of finish that is possible and also the way in which the houses can be customised to suit buyer's requirements.

Completed Family Villa

Decor in the Entrance hall

Part of the main living area with hatch through to the kitchen

Another part of the living area

Nice shine on the teak floors

Imported gas stove & hobs in the kitchen

Stairs

There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and a more decorative one upstairs

Main bedroom - all in teakwood.

The unfinished Family Villa

Compare with the first photo on this page, the upper deck area has been extended on this house.  The basement floor also has a different configuration, as does the interior on the ground floor.

Teak wood supports for the extended deck

Inside the main living area

Roof and wooden frame upstairs

The roof is made from these tiles

Upper deck area and two bedrooms
