I have been pretty busy on Koh Chang so didn't
get round to visiting Koh Mak until the middle of January 2008.
If you've been following the progress of the development you'll see
that a lot has changed. Bear in mind that 2 years ago the site
was still uncleared brush and jungle. In that space of time
GoodTime has been built and sold - one remaining, completed house is
now for sale fully furnished and ready to move into. Five of the largest Family
villas on a neighbouring plot have been sold and are all under
construction - no more will be built here. In Jungle Land, 400
metres away, three houses are completed and several more are under
construction. (A couple of plots remain to be sold here) In addition
there were three other houses built near GoodTime just outside the
resort, one completed, one being fitted out at the moment and one
50% completed.

'Local Time' - From the outside it's a small teak house. Inside it's a
private lounge bar for residents with LCD TV, ambient lighting, and top
of the line sound system. Three more similar 'hideaways' are being built
- one as a library, one for computer games, one possibly for pool or
snooker
