For Sale on Koh Mak . . . Traditional Thai
style houses
Last remaining villa for sale at GoodTime (
Now SOLD )
Usually houses are only built after a buyer has
been found. However, in order to complete the resort this
final villa was built and completed late 2007. It can be sold
on a 90 year lease to foreign buyer complete with all fixtures,
fittings and furniture. (Everything you see in the photos is
included in the selling price.) This house differs from all
the others in that it the main part of the structure has been built
with brick / concrete on the upper floors rather than teak wood.
However, teak is used for the stairs, roof & covered seating area
and antique teak panels and decor is used on the exterior.
