went on sale in January 2007. One, Two & Three bedroom condos are
available in two three-floor blocks. In total there are only 10

Under Thai Law foreigners are allowed to own 49%
of condominiums in a condo block on a freehold basis. The
remainder of units would have to be bought leasehold, in Thai name
or name of a Thai registered company. As far as resale value goes,
foreign buyers always prefer to buy a condo they can own freehold so
resale values for units in the 'foreign quota' tend to be higher.
Allocation of units in the foreign quota will be on a 'first come, first
served' basis.
