There
are four designs of homes for sale at Siam Royal View, Chang Noi beach
development.
Therefore, whether you're looking for small
bungalow for occasional holiday use or a family home you will find
something in your price range.
The actual prices for homes, built to
western standards, start from under 3 million baht, i.e. US$160,000 / GBP
75,000 or Euro 65,000 (excluding land.)
The show home, pictured right in Dec
2006, is one of the cheaper options. Although narrow it is
spacious and due to the high ceilings very bright inside.
Land and houses are purchased separately,
allowing the buyer to purchase land and a house to suit their unique
requirements. Bungalow Peht & Villa Sinlapa both only require
one standard size plot of land. But due to their more open designs
Villa Santi requires two plots & Villa Palang 3 plots.
All homes are sold unfurnished, except
for being equipped with akitchen area, airconditioners in the bedrooms and hot water
heaters.
(However, there are plenty of Thai & western run
interior design, furniture stores, kitchen fitters etc in Pattaya - so
having the interior of your home completed to your specifications and
standards isn't something that will pose any problems for you. The
developers also have an in house interior design team who work with
clients in order to ensure that buyers get the home that dream of.)
 Construction of two
show houses was completed early in 2007. Due to the size of the development a great deal of
preparatory work has been required before the construction of any homes
could begin. For example, a sea wall is being built that will run the
length of the beach at a cost of around US$1million. To see the
amount of erosion that has occurred on some beaches, take a look along Klong Prao beach for several examples of hotels and bungalows, with no sea
wall, that have had large amounts of land eaten away by storms during the
rainy season.

that prices are on application. therefore, they may increase slightly
from those shown here.
