Siam Royal View on Chang Noi Beach, Koh Chang

Location . . .

Location mapThe development is located mainly on on Chang Noi Beach, a 1.5km long expanse of sand in a sheltered bay at the north western tip of Koh Chang.

PDF Plot Plans for Phase 1 - Lagoona, Chang Noi beach and Phase 2 - Marina Development (Right click and 'Save link as' or 'Save target as')

Plots on this beach will have sunset views.  However, there are also plots available in the main development on Half Moon beach, a small beach facing the mainland - just south of the development's private pier.

The main development is centered around Chang Noi beach (more on this beach here.) with it's sunset views  and the small Half Moon Bay that faces the mainland and which has sunrise views.  Two luxury enclaves, Peninsula Cove & Three Elephant beach will cater to buyers with a need for privacy.  Peninsula Cove has 16 plots on a hillside and is separated from the main development by private entrance.  Three Elephant Beach is even more secluded - the only way in and out is by boat.

The remained of this peninsula is all National Park land and cannot be developed.

At the rear of Chang Noi Beach, a river estuary can be seen.  Some houses will be built on the bank of the estuary nearest the beach, these will have private boat moorings.  The opposite side of the river is lined with mangroves and is a protected area.  The river estuary leads to some old ponds that were used for fish farming, the river and these ponds will be dredged to make a marina where residents can moor boats.

Siam Royal View will also provide a private boat service from a pier on the mainland - not far from Trat Airport, direct to the pier at Half Moon Beach.  Whilst this won't be free it will be the same price as the regular ferries.  Public ferries run from the mainland to Koh Chang and arrive at piers located in the north east of the island- around 10 minutes drive from Chang Noi beach.

Bangkok Airways has 2 or 3 daily flights/day each way on the Bangkok - Trat route, a Samui-Trat link is also under consideration at present.
