The only marina on the west coast of Koh Chang
and the largest marina in this part of Thailand.
Moorings for yachts speedboats of all sizes
are available. Wet Berths are on sale now.
Dry berths will also be available soon.
The marina is under construction now (Nov 2007).
Excavation work has begun and the river estuary leading to the marina
has been dredged to allow safe access for yachts.
Location. The marina is inland at
the rear of the southern section of Chang Noi beach. A channel
along the edge of the bay to the local fishing village already
exists and the developers have extended this further along the river
estuary to the site of the new marina. The channel has been
dredged to a depth of 2.5 m lower than low water to allow for easy
passage even at the lowest of tides.

In all there will be a total of 85 berths for
boats ranging from 20' to 70'. (6 - 22 metres)
Ownership of the berths is on a perpetual
30 year lease. Ownership can be transferred to a third party
by sale or inheritance. Owners are permitted to rent their
berths to third parties.
Prices
Prices are from 720,000 baht to 6,160,000 baht
for owners of property at Siam Royal View or from 900,000 baht -
7.700,000 baht for non-residents. Prices for individual berths
