Please note that the prices below are from the developer and not inflated. Please avoid agents, mainly advertising in the British & European newspapers and property  magazines who offer guaranteed annual rental and  fitted kitchens etc as an incentive to buy.

 

Also note that the prices for plots and houses were increased in early 2007 by the developer.  Not all websites have been updated to show these changes.
