These houses have a very nice covered verandah at
the front - 24sqm in size which is plenty of space to put a dining
table outside. The larger versions offer much better value for
money on a price per sqm basis. A nice house but as it takes up a couple
of plots I don't think it will prove to be as popular a choice as Peht
or Sinlapa.
