Anne & Martin are the founders of this

keep any damage to the environment as minimal as possible. Only a
minimal number of trees have been cut and where possible homes are built
around mature trees. All water, wiring and cables will be underground.
They have decided to settle on Koh Chang and will be members of the

on size and location of plot. (In accordance with Thai land ownership laws,
