in Thailand with no need for visa runs. Also no need to put the lease
contract or business in a Thai name.
Land rental contract with 16 years remaining on the
lease. No land rent due until 2009. Current land rent is 100,000
baht/year. The contract states this will increase every 3 years by
5% and is payable every three years.
